What communicates “teamwork” to you?

If you are like me, you have heard countless illustrations on how great teams win over great individual efforts… What statement, story, song, quote or illustration communicates world-class teams?

Here is a concept that I enjoyed thinking about and researching today:

“The concept of teamwork can be illustrated by the Clydesdale rule. If one horse can pull 700 pounds and another horse can pull 800 pounds, how much weight will they pull yoked together? The answer may surprise you. The two-horse team will pull their own weight plus the weight of their interaction. Therefore, yoked together, the horses can pull 3000 pounds!”
