Thread of Magic

My friend and author Zack Hunter said a phrase today that caused me to stop, write it down and has been messing with me ever since:

“Each of us are held together and draw strength from the thread of magic that runs through us.”

On our journey, we are held together by the small fibers that are most of the time unseen. Those fibers, if durable enough and don’t get frayed, will be the thread of magic that allow us to thrive in all areas of life. Magic is the power that apparently influences the course of events by using mysterious or supernatural forces.

Not sure if I resonate with “supernatural” forces but it is undeniable when you see a leader that has the swag that comes with confidence and magic.

In order to utilize and even better capitalize on this thread of magic we must cultivate and leverage these three things:

Focus – William James “As you think, so shall you be”

Authenticity – Do you share you yourself with those around you in a way that sets them free?

Resolve – Do you let your gift and talent be given to the others that causes their magic to thrive?

One thread doesn’t make anything worth wearing, but clothing with strong and beautiful threads will make them durable and resilient… #startwhereyouare
