All Pro Dad Curriculum Development — two years of script writing, video production, and content creation helping dads across 1,200 schools nationwide guide their kids through character and growth.
Elevate and All Pro Dad go back to 2012 — years of Father & Kids Experiences in stadiums across the country, high fives at tunnel entrances, and the kind of partnership built on shared conviction that families are worth investing in.
In 2016, that partnership grew into something new.
All Pro Dad runs school chapters across the country — monthly gatherings called Dad & Kid Bashes where fathers and their kids meet at school to work through a character trait together. The sessions are built around curriculum: written pieces, corresponding activities, and video content that gives dads practical tools to guide meaningful conversations with their kids.
They asked Elevate to write it.
For two years, our team of writers developed the monthly curriculum for All Pro Dad’s 2017–2018 Dad & Kid Bashes — script writing, video production, and content development, all designed with one audience in mind: dads who want to show up for their kids and need the right resources to do it well.
That content is now being used across 1,200 schools nationwide. Every month. Every bash. Every conversation it sparks between a dad and his kid.
Content that impacts an audience starts with understanding that audience — deeply, specifically, and without assumptions.
Develop monthly curriculum that equipped fathers with the tools to guide their kids through character-building conversations — content that felt genuinely useful and accessible for dads across a wide range of backgrounds, delivered within the specific format of the Dad & Kid Bash school chapter model.
We started by listening. Elevate’s writers immersed themselves in All Pro Dad’s vision, voice, and community before writing a single word. Every curriculum piece was built specifically for the dads and kids who would use it — pushing All Pro Dad’s message forward in their language, not ours.
Elevate’s writing and production team developing a full year of monthly character-based curriculum for All Pro Dad’s school chapters.
The 2017–2018 curriculum landed exactly as it was designed to. Every month, dads and kids across 1,200 schools sat down together, opened a new piece of content, and worked through a character trait that mattered — equipped with resources written specifically for them.
That’s not a small thing. That’s a monthly touchpoint between fathers and their children, in schools across the country, built on content Elevate’s team crafted with care. The ripple effect of that kind of work is impossible to fully measure — and that’s exactly what makes it worth doing.
For Elevate, this partnership represents something we believe deeply: that helping people and organizations live and lead at a higher level isn’t just about events. Sometimes it’s about giving dads the words they need to show up for their kids.
Whether you’re planning for 50 or 5,000, we design, plan, and produce events that people actually remember.
