Audacity’s Experience Audit — Elevate joined as a fresh set of eyes to evaluate, analyze, and help shape the future of a first-of-its-kind employee communications workshop.
Audacity, founded by Jason Anthoine, is a consulting company built around one conviction: that bold thinking is the engine of lasting transformation. Specializing in employee engagement, internal communications, and culture change, Audacity doesn’t just advise organizations — it challenges them to be honest about what their people actually need.
“What Employees Want” was the clearest expression of that conviction yet. A first-of-its-kind workshop for internal communications and HR professionals, it brought together experts, local peers, and — most importantly — real employees, sharing the real truth about what it feels like to work somewhere. No filters. No corporate spin. Just honest conversation from the people who live it every day.
The event was held at the Georgia Aquarium’s stunning Oceans Ballroom, where guests were treated to a private look into both the Beluga Whale tank and the Whale Shark tank. Safe to say, the venue matched the ambition of the event.
This engagement looked a little different from our usual role. Audacity didn’t bring us in to host or produce — they brought us in to evaluate.
Audacity had built something genuinely special with “What Employees Want” and wanted an experienced outside perspective to assess what was working, what could be sharper, and where the event could go next.
We registered as guests, researched the purpose and heart behind the event beforehand, and spent the day fully immersed — observing the production, engaging with attendees, and taking careful notes. We looked for both strengths to celebrate and opportunities to build on, with a genuine desire to grow this partnership in future years.
A small, focused team embedded in the event as attendees — watching, listening, and taking notes so Audacity could keep building.
Over 100 attendees gathered in one of Atlanta’s most remarkable venues for a conversation that most organizations are too cautious to have. Jason Anthoine and the Audacity team created something thoughtful, purposeful, and genuinely brave — and it showed in every detail of the day.
Elevate’s role was to help make it even better. The feedback we provided gave Audacity a clear picture of where the event excelled and where future iterations could go further — setting the foundation for a partnership we’re excited to keep building.
As Anthoine told us that day: “I am doing exactly what I was meant to do.” His passion was impossible to miss. We were honored to be in the room.
Whether you’re planning for 50 or 5,000, we design, plan, and produce events that people actually remember.
