The Elevate Summit 2020 — a two-day virtual conference bringing together leaders, experts, and builders to answer the question every business was asking: what now?
2020 didn’t just disrupt business — it rewrote the rules entirely. The Elevate Summit was our answer to that moment: a two-day virtual conference built around one question — how do I rebuild in this new world of work?
This was Elevate’s first branded event, produced entirely in-house and open to anyone navigating the complexity of a post-pandemic landscape. We brought together 13 leaders, experts, and practitioners across three tracks — Work, Culture, and Brand — to give attendees practical, honest conversation on the things that actually matter:
Work — What do I need to shift in my business model? How do I maximize my marketing in a changed market?
Team Culture — How do I lead my team remotely and through seasons of uncertainty and change?
Brand — What unique problem do I solve, and how do I find my voice in a crowded, noisy world?
To power the event, we partnered with InEvent — a Y Combinator-backed platform trusted by Forbes 2000 companies including Amazon, Coca-Cola, Boeing, and Citibank. The platform gave us the infrastructure to deliver eight hours of content across four sessions without missing a beat.
This one was personal. The Elevate Summit wasn’t a client project — it was our own stage, our own vision, and our own challenge to execute.
Produce a full-scale, multi-day virtual summit from scratch — with no client brief, no existing template, and a team navigating the same uncertain world as every attendee in the room.
We treated it like any major client event: purpose first, then audience, then every detail from speaker outreach to social media strategy to DJ setlists. Eleven team members. Two days. One conversation that the moment called for.
Eleven people running every layer of a live two-day virtual summit — from the stage to the help desk to social media in real time.
Two hundred and eleven people showed up for a conversation about what comes next — and stayed for eight hours of it across two days. Thirteen speakers brought perspective on work, culture, and brand from angles that only 2020 could have produced.
For Elevate, this was new territory: our first branded event, built entirely by us, for an audience navigating the same uncertainty we were. That it landed — that it was meaningful, practical, and worth people’s time — is something we’re genuinely proud of.
It was the beginning of something. And we’re just getting started.
Whether you’re planning for 50 or 5,000, we design, plan, and produce events that people actually remember.
