Emerge at Auburn exists to develop the next generation of leaders — students who will go on to lead on campus, in their communities, and across their future career fields. Through meaningful, accessible leadership development, Emerge helps Auburn students refine who they are and who they’re becoming: ethical, effective, and ready for whatever comes next.

For the second year in a row, Auburn trusted Elevate to bring that vision to life at the Emerge kickoff. And for the second year in a row, we showed up fully — from the opening moment to the final confetti cannon.

WHY ELEVATE

Back for a Second Year. For Good Reason.

When a client invites you back, it means something. Auburn University didn’t just need an event company — they needed a team that understood their vision well enough to elevate it.

The Challenge

Create a kickoff experience that didn’t just inform students about the Emerge program — but genuinely excited them about it. Three hundred students needed to leave the room fired up, clear on their leadership goals, and ready to lean in.

Our Approach

We navigated the event from beginning to end — bringing a keynote speaker, host, DJ, stage management, photography, film, and a custom animated introduction video produced specifically for Emerge. Every element was designed to shine a light on what this program makes possible.

Keynote Speaker

Took the stage to deliver a keynote and live demonstration that gave students a tangible, energizing picture of what leadership looks and feels like — one of the defining moments of the night.

Event Host

Guided students through every element of the ceremony with energy and warmth — keeping the room engaged, the momentum building, and the experience feeling like something worth remembering.

Content Support

A photographer, videographer, stage manager, logistics manager, and event assistants worked across every layer of the event — including producing a custom animated introduction video for Emerge created specifically for the night.
WHAT WORKED

Three Hundred Students. Thirty Cannons. One Unforgettable Night.

Three hundred students walked into the Emerge kickoff and left with something they didn’t have before — clarity on their leadership goals and the energy to actually pursue them. The room was loud, alive, and exactly what a leadership kickoff should feel like.

The highlight? Thirty confetti cannons firing simultaneously. It’s hard to feel uninspired after that.

For Elevate, being invited back for a second consecutive year is the kind of feedback that means the most. Auburn trusted us with their vision again — and we delivered.

  • Produced a custom animated introduction video for the Emerge program
  • Sourced and prepared props and confetti cannons for the event
  • Attended pre-planning meetings and coordinated all logistics with the Auburn team
  • Prepared the keynote speaking engagement and stage demonstration
  • Coordinated videography and photography coverage for the full event
  • Checked all technology and equipment to ensure smooth live-streaming
  • Set up the full stage and ran multiple rehearsals before doors opened
  • Coordinated across all ten team members on roles and responsibilities throughout the event
