Elevate and RAM Partners go way back — we’ve been producing their annual awards and training conference together since 2014. So when the RAMMYs needed to go virtual, they knew exactly who to call.
The RAMMYs is RAM Partners’ annual celebration of their highest-performing team members — a night that matters, that people look forward to, and that needed to feel every bit as special in a virtual format as it does in person. Rather than simply streaming a live event, we took a different approach entirely: filming and editing the full awards ceremony into a polished, high-quality video, then launching it with a live 15-minute kickoff stream to build anticipation and bring the team together in real time before hitting play.
