The Nashville Coaching Coalition exists to transform athletic culture — not by changing the game, but by developing the people who coach it. Their conviction is simple: when coaches are full-hearted, supported, and growing, the young athletes in their care become mentally and emotionally prepared for life. Not just for sport.
The Coach Forum is where that conviction comes to life. Every year, high school and college coaches from across the country gather for a single day of learning, connection, and honest conversation — hearing from respected coaches, former athletes, and sports professionals who are doing the work of building thriving programs and stronger communities.
Elevate had the privilege of partnering with the Nashville Coaching Coalition for The Coach Forum in both 2018 and 2019. Each year, the goal was the same: make it the most engaging and inspiring edition yet. Each year, we delivered.
The Coaching Coalition brought Elevate in early — not as a day-of vendor, but as a genuine planning partner from the ground up.

Through intentional calls, in-person meetings, and deep brainstorm sessions, we worked to fully understand the heart and mission behind The Coach Forum — then built every element of the day around it. From the run of show to the custom keynote to the games and activities, nothing was off-the-shelf.

Over 400 coaches representing more than 150 organizations showed up — and left feeling inspired, energized, and refreshed. The combination of intentional games, a diverse lineup of speakers, and high-quality production gave coaches the space to fully engage and connect with one another in a way that a standard conference never could.
