The WinShape Foundation exists to develop individuals and strengthen relationships — and WinShape ONE is where that mission turns inward. Every year, all 260 foundation staff gather for a full conference to align around vision and mission, hear from guest speakers, and leave refreshed and united heading into the year ahead.
Elevate was there for the very first one in 2016. In 2017, WinShape trusted us with the whole thing.
From theme development to speaker coaching, breakout session logistics to on-site catering coordination, custom attendee scheduling to a live Virtual Reality demonstration on the main stage — Elevate planned and produced the entire program. WinShape’s team didn’t have to think about a single logistical detail. They got to show up and experience the conference they’d been part of building.
That’s the goal every time.
When the people responsible for planning a conference are also the ones attending it, something always gets lost — either the planning suffers or the experience does. WinShape chose neither.

We came in early, listened deeply, and built the 2017 WinShape ONE program from the ground up — informed by the previous year’s survey results and shaped through listening meetings and brainstorm sessions with the WinShape team. By the time the conference arrived, every detail was handled.

WinShape’s team walked into WinShape ONE 2017 as participants — not coordinators. They heard great speakers, engaged in meaningful breakout sessions, built community through a foundation-wide team-building event with Feeding Children Everywhere, and left aligned around their vision and mission for the year ahead.
The logistics ran smoothly. The timing held. The content was refreshing. And every one of the 260 staff members got a custom schedule built around their specific breakout selections — a detail that might seem small, but signals exactly the kind of care Elevate brings to every element of an event.
It was a privilege to serve an organization doing the kind of work WinShape does. We were already looking forward to 2018 before the conference was over.
