All Pro Dad

All Pro Dad is a non-profit organization based in Tampa, FL whose focus is to strengthen families. Through a strategic partnership that dates back to 2012, Elevate has had the privilege of serving All Pro Dad (and their parent organization Family First) through a wide range of projects and events. 

Several times throughout the year, All Pro Dad plans a large gathering in a strategic market to bring dads and kids together in an event they call the Father & Kids Experience. Through the partnership with Elevate and the generous support of various government agencies, the team at All Pro Dad puts together a remarkable day in hopes of creating lasting memories within families and equipping fathers with tips and tricks to make their families stronger.

Father & Kid Experiences are typically held in NFL or College Football stadiums where Dads and kids are welcomed with high fives and encouraged to run through a tunnel as if they are the real All-Pro athletes running onto the field. Elevate has been able to add the right mix of enthusiasm, connectedness, and planning to these events that have helped make them signature experiences for All Pro Dad year in and year out. Elevate provides the main event host, multiple station leaders, and station assistants to help lead these hundreds of dads and kids through a day that they won’t soon forget.

With a focused goal of creating experiences, Elevate seeks to relieve a client of the challenge of engaging attendees and allow them to focus on their sweet spot (logistics, registration, food/beverage, and marketing). When a client is trying to ‘do it all’ for an event, often times the actual engagement or experience piece can be left out in order to make sure all other elements are in place and executed well.

The main value that Elevate has been able to consistently offer to All Pro Dad is to think for and own the experience for the dads and kids from the moment they get out of their cars to the moment they leave the field. 

Wearing our well recognized ref jerseys, our team stands out in a crowd and identifies themselves as the enforcers of fun at each Father & Kid Experience. We do this by bringing energy to the room, leading dance parties, teaching impactful lessons, and creating opportunities for dads and their kids to connect on a deeper level.

At each Father & Kid Experience, our team provides:

– 3-5 event emcees

– 1-2 sound technicians

– 4-6 event assistants

– crowd engagement for 1000+ dads & kids on average

– a full sound system setup

Our team has the honor of traveling with the All Pro Dad team to produce and host events in each of their markets including Miami, Tampa, Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Orlando, Columbia, and Detroit.

The greatest compliment our team can receive at the end of one of these memorable events is to hear a first hand account of a dad who is more committed to engaging with his family because of what he heard and experienced throughout the day. Remember, it’s not called a Father & Kid Event…it’s an Experience!
