Our partners from Orange are passionate about helping families connect through Curriculum, Events, and Leadership Resources. They engage their audience through smaller, intentional gatherings and larger experiences like the annual Orange Conference. They have worked hard to create a remarkable community of leaders making an impact on families around the globe. This partnership is one we look forward to year after year because of the intentional moments, unique dialogue, and intentional fun created for attendees as they enter into Orange Conference each day.  

For the past few years, we’ve had the incredible opportunity to partner with Orange for the annual Orange Conference in Atlanta, Georgia. Through this opportunity, we create an exciting atmosphere and meaningful connections as conference attendees enter the arena. We engage in a variety of activities to ensure that each guest not only has fun, but is personally and warmly welcomed into the Orange experience before the event ever begins.

From supplying equipment for a hip-hop concert where our team leaders host a dance party for hundreds of attendees, to making important announcements so that people can find their way around campus, each year of Orange Conference has produced unique moments for our team to connect with conference attendees. Our goal is to make sure that they enter each day of the conference full of anticipation for the content and to give them a chance to have fun with other attendees.

We often use the term “professional joy” at Elevate. Essentially, that means We engage in a variety of activities ranging from adult-sized tricycles, to lip-sync battles, to hip-hop dance battles in order to create a remarkable experience, Our team members welcome each guest with a personalized greeting, a smile, and a high-five before the guests step into an unforgettable experience led by the Orange team. The activations we lead outside of Orange Conference are a great example of this. Yes, we have a great time, play exciting music, and engage strangers in friendly competitions, but we do it with the Orange name as top priority.
